Remote Land Records Access

The Perry County Recorder’s office now offers remote access that allows you to search land records 24 hours a day.

All currently recorded documents are digitalized, however, indexed names and brief legal descriptions for easy searching are only done from 1977 to present. You are welcome to make use of our public terminals to search information with a small printing fee. If this is not convenient listed below are options available to you for searching.
